Happy New Year!
Can you believe that 2023 is already in the rear view window? For most of us, like most years, 2023 has had a lot of ups and downs, and if you’re anything like me you’re wondering where all the time has gone.
The good news is that we’ve made it this far, and we get to see what 2024 has in store in the days to come. There’s always more to do, and more we want to do, and we’re lucky enough to have the chance!
What 2023 Brought To Earth Song Jewelry
Here in Colorado, the Earth Song Jewelry workshop has been busy this year!
After visiting a Denver Gem and Mineral Show, I’ve been able to offer several new stones that I couldn’t have purchased without seeing the cut and quality in person. As a result, we have several new stone collections, including Malachite, Selenite, and Apatite stones.
I’ve also decided to offer a new product line, Accessories, which includes some of my natural stone keychains, and a brand new product, Czech Fire Polished Glass bookmarks!
Not to mention that we’ve also launched an additional product line, made with many different natural stones - a Pride Jewelry line!
Representation and equality are two causes near and dear to my heart, so I’m proud to be able to represent that not only here in my blog posts, but also in the work I do and the jewelry I create every day.

Of course, all these new products haven’t replaced my old line up. You can still get the natural stone jewelry you know and love from Earth Song Jewelry, and I am planning to continue making Custom Jewelry on request in 2024.
How Earth Song Jewelry Will Be Community And Climate Conscious In 2024
As for the other things Earth Song Jewelry does to give back, those are still ongoing even in 2024.
Earth Song Jewelry is, and will continue to be, a proud member of 1% for the Planet. I plan on continuing to make my profit contribution to Conservation Colorado, a non-profit here in Colorado that works to preserve and protect the many and varied natural environments of the Mountain State.
In addition to giving a portion of my proceeds to protect the environment, I am also committed to operating Earth Song Jewelry as sustainably as possible, and take steps to make sure that my natural stone jewelry has less impact on the ecosystems and climate that support all of us.
That includes things like using eco-friendly and recycled packaging for my jewelry, including shipping packaging, as well as collecting and recycling all the Sterling Silver and Copper metal left over from a creation.
None of that is changing in 2024, and I hope to find even more ways to support the environment, local communities, and initiatives for change, progress, and equality into the new year.
I hope you’re enjoying this holiday season, and that you’ve been able to spend plenty of time with family and friends in 2023. May we all get what we need, and a few extra treats, from 2024.
